The Secretariat General of Communication - Secretariat General of Information supports the work of media representatives by organizing fully equiped Press Centers, thus allowing them to attend conferences, press conferences, or events of international interest.

The Press Centers offer the appropriate infrastructure (telecommunication connections, infrastructure for radio and tv studios) and equipment (P/C, audiovisual equipment, photocopy and fax machines) that serve the needs of press and electronic media.

Press Centers are organized in order to cover:

• Elections (Municipal, National, E.U.)
• Event of international interest (Olympic Games, Greek Presidency)
• Events related to the opening of the Thessaloniki International Trade Fair
