The Secretariat General of Communication and the Secretariat General of Information provide the public with objective information, inform state services and public sector agencies of major international events, contribute to the enhancement of relations with Greeks of the Diaspora, participate in state policy-shaping and pursue international developments in the wider field of information and communication media, by undertaking legislative and normative initiatives.
