Children's Films Awards - 2008

For the third year running, the SGC-SGI awarded prizes to the winners of the Annual Awards for Children’s Films (aged 6 – 12 years), at an event which took place at the Press Centre of the SGC-SGI, on December 1sth, 2008.

The winning entries were:

• Fiction: "I'll be there in just a second" by Loukas Fotopoulos
• Animation: "Arazo Ketsi" by Konstantinos Peppas
• Documentary:"The best pupil" by Marianna Econmou
• Focus on Disability: "Hear me out" (pictured right) by Marianna Economou

Special Prizes:

• Origian Screenplay: "Funtastic Company" by George Pourikas
• New Director: "Arazo Ketsi" by Konstantinos Peppas
• Use of Technology: "Demos" by Kostas Katrakis
