Press Distribution Monitoring

Reengineering of Press Distribution Monitoring in Greece

The main objective of the project is to model, redesign and implement the process of monitoring the distribution of newspapers and magazines edited in Greece and distributed either in Greece or abroad. An application was also developed so as to efficiently manage the transactions and enhance the interoperability between the Secretariat, the Editors and the Post Offices, offering a smooth and user-friendly integration of their activities.

A paper on this project was presented in the Gov-Interop '07 Conference "eGovernment Interoperability Campus 2007" which took place Paris, France, on October 10th-11th, 2007. To read the paper click here. (PDF Document, 70.5 KB)
